Connection Business Plus

Hi all
We have 6 computers in our network using Business Plus.
All computers were communicating really well with the server. However, after 1 week of not using, 2 of the 6 computers are not communicating with the server anymore.
One gives me the message as on the image attached. The other tells me that there are a problem with the synchronization server, even tough I can access the server from those 2 computer (via windows explorer).
Any help it will be great

We run the sync server full time on the server, and the slaves automatically look there for sync when they get turned on
