    Sellerdeck link installation issue

    Hello,
    We have been using Actinic Desktop V9 for a number of years and it has been great. We also use Actinic link to connect to Sage 50 (2009). This has been running on Windows XP.
    We've recently purchased new computers with Windows 7 and have experienced the "Could not communicate to the network server, error 0, File not completely downloaded." problem referenced in the knowledgebase. We've followed the instructions to solve the problem, but it appears the download for the link software is only a trial and it is asking for a code.

    Can anyone tell me how to activate this software?
    Do we have to purchase another license to get this all to work?
