    Quantity discounts not being replaced

    Good morning,

I notice when viewing the export file from Sellerdeck there is a line at the beginning of each quantity pricing schedule for each product that states "Price action=delete,Qty A". Same for Qty B, C etc. I assume this is intended to remove all of the quantity discounts before reimporting them. The problem is that it isn't working, so when I change a quantity discount structure (with different quantities) the old ones remain and are supplemented by the new ones.

    We therefore can end up with something like : base = £10.00, 5+ = £9.00, 10+ = £8.00, 20+ = 9.50, 50+ = £8.50, with the 5 and 10 rates being current and the 20 and 50 rates being old and therefore should have been deleted.

Any ideas why this isn't working, or is my understanding of the Priceaction=delete incorrect?

    Thanks,
    Steve

I should have said it's the Sellerdeck LINK export file (from Sage)

Did this ever get answered or resolved? I have had this problem for years but didn't know what was causing it or how to resolve it.

        Hi Jeff,

Unfortunately not. My understanding is that it doesn't work with the Access database version but does with whatever the other one is that Sellerdeck uses (SQL or something?). Very frustrating, and I have Googled extensively to see if there is a command to make this happen, but no result so far unfortunately.
