My problem with the Epos system is this :

we sell ink cartridges and how do i get this to work??

we sell colour at £13.99 and Black at £11.49
but a pair at £23.99,easy i know!
The Problem comes when a colour cartridge has two different black options
ie a no.78 colour can have a no.45 or a no.15 as its Black cartridge.
If you add both to a multisale and a customer comes in to buy a Black 15 & Black 45 it scans at £23.99.
So does any one have any ideas please?

The best way to acheive that would be to do a fixed price deal with a Quantity of 2 set - black would be the primary product, and each colour would be Item1, Item2, Item3, etc....

You would need a promotion for each type of black catridge though.
