How do you delete fields or sub categories or categories from the,

Setup/Options/Categories Tab ?

Hi there

You can delete catagories and sub catagories from this screen by highlighting the line you wish to delete, then press the delete key on your keyboard.

Then it will confirm that you wish to delete that line.
