New to EPOS need some advice

In our dealings with several customers we have come across one that we feel the Actinic EPOS solution would suite perfectly, but reading through the product descriptions im not entirely sure what solution we want. I gather that their is an option to turn a current PC into a Till System by purchasing till drawer etc, however we made need an entirely new Till System with the PC integrated. Is it possible to link a companys Till System to their Actinic website so that stock sold in the shop via the till is updated on the websites stock levels? Does the Till system software and the Actinic website all need to be run from once PC? Any information and advice on this subject would be hugely appreciated. Also how easy is it to install a till system without the help of Actinic?

Actinic Business 8.5 has an EPOS link which does all of the linking between the 2 products, so in theory when you make a sale in EPOS, then it can be updated in the website and vice versa, by using the inbuilt LINK between the 2 built into v8.5, always taking into account that stock is not live online, so stock levels remain the same as normal with updates changing stock levels.

      Sorry, further.

The two software titles can be on the same or separate machines, so long as they have access to each other on the local network.

Linking a third party till system into Actinic is another story, with 8.5 having a link to its own EPOS, so connecting to a third party one should be possible with exports from Actinic and the like, but doubt it would be automatic.
