quickbooks and epos

Can we export data from Epos to quickbooks???

I'm pretty sure you can't.(I'm sure Tech Support will jump in if I'm wrong!)

I also use quickbooks and asked the same question before I purchased Epos. I think it can be done in other actinic products but there is no link for Epos as far as I'm aware. You could export to excel and then import to quickbooks but its a bit 'messy' and you're limited as to what you can actually export.

I generate all my stock orders in Epos and keep all my 'goods in & out' up to date, that way I always have an accurate inventory and Book stock figure. I only use the Totals by VAT type in Quickbooks (ie no actual inventory) to keep the books straight and track the VAT, I then make Journal adjustments in Quickbooks at the end of the month to bring the two in to line.
