Ticket/Label Printing

I wish to print out some barcode labels for products that do not have any barcode info on them. Two questions:

.1. Is there a way of creating templates for printing out tickets/labels other than the standard ones provided in Actinic. Avery do 189 Mini Laser Labels on an A4 sheet and these would be ideal for use on small products.

.2. I you use the ticket printing facility in Actinic and select barcode labels only 1 label for each barcode is printed as far as I can see. Is there a way to print multiple labels for the same product/barcode in order that I can use these to attach to products.

I don't have an answer to point 1, but I would be interested in knowing myself if Tech Support can shed any light?

There is a workaround which I've used, although it is a bit of a pain in the *rse! -

When you are in the ticket printing screen with your products listed, click "print" then "view" then "print" as normal so that you see the the tickets laid out on screen in the print preview. If you then click on the file option at the top the screen, you can use page setup to set up the page as you want, including number of columns, margins and spacing etc, unfortunately it does not seem possible to save the template.

I have to do this every time I print out my shelf edge tickets as the ones I use are in a precut Laser sheet and none of the preformatted options fit.

Point 2 is easy - go into ticket printing screen click in the qty column and select your own Quantity.

Label Printing for Customers

Is it possible to print labels for my all my customers from Epos? I have managed them one at a time but I would like to do a bulk mailshot.

Also i am having real problems with the system not printing in the correct places, It will print a couple of sheets if 21 labels happily then suddenly place them completely wronng, i don't have this with any other software I use for printing so I don't think it is the printer. Any advice welcome
