Deleting Manufacturers?

Okay, so it's my first day with EPOS and I've had my ups and downs Come across something that I can't work out.

I have a list of manufacturers that are not needed.....how do I delete them? I've tried doing the obvious (clicking on the big red delete button) but doing this just deletes my products instead

The first steps are always the biggest!!

From main menu > Product file > manufacturers > select record then Delete

Cheers Neil - I'd been trying to do it via the 'Product File' screen using the little square button next to the manufacturer dropdown....this also takes you to the Manufacturers Screen.....but unlike your way (which does delete the manufacturer) the way I'd been doing it just deleted my products instead
