Hi Bun,
Have you tried double checking your current image path in EPOS?
Click on the "Setup" button in the main menu and click on the "Connect" tab.
At the bottom it gives you the image path. Please check that it the correct path to your images. You could copy the path then paste it in the Windows Explorer Address field just to double check.Regards,

Hi,
I understand you are having problems getting images to appear in Actinic EPOS. Please can you perform the following test to check if this is working ok:
I have uploaded an image which I know works in Actinic EPOS as I currently have it selected for a product.
1) Please can you download and save the image at the location below:
http://support.actinic.co.uk/~pmsupp...ols/J2_550.jpg
2) Please save this image in the location: C:\checkout\images
3) Then go to: Main Menu > Products > Details
4) Click on camera icon and browse to image file
5) Select the image Image J2_550.jpg and it should appear in preview pane.
