Hi folks, ive had Actinic Epos for about 6 weeks and turned it on today and put my user code in to log on as norm but it says that my account has expired and to see system super user..!! i am the super user . Is there any way in getting around this.??? i can log on with a basic user's code '4321' but cant update any info or create new parts.. I dont know if actinic have an overriding password..??? any help would be greatly appreaciated..

With the date changed, so that you can log on as a superuser - have you tried creating a new superuser account and logging in on that?
Don't know why your original would not work though, never experienced the problem, sorry.Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be
