Free Tool called ACTIMAIL for extracting email addresses from EPOS database into .csv format to allow fast creation of marketing groups into programs such as the free Groupmail ( http://www.group-mail.com/asp/common/downloads.asp ) which we find works really well.
Other fields can be added to the extraction such as Name, Surname, Address etc if required.
