stocktake /perpertual inventory not adding new stock values into the system!

hi there,

im having some problems with my epos software regarding the stocktake/ perpertual inventory. ive physically counted all my stock and have entered it into the system but when i go to update in perpertual inventory or when i go to add stock in stocktake it keeps saying error updating stocklevels. i dont know what to do.

Can you let us know the steps you are taking in the 'stocktake/perpetual inventory' screens and is that the full error message?
