Hi, has anyone tried to update EPOS recently, I am working with the 2.73 version and notice there is an update, have tried to download it a few times but when it comes to installing it I get am error message saying there is already a version on my computer - dont you just hate that!

We were also expecting some problems as the upgrade process is not as straightforward as it would seem (to 2.92). After they offered, I had Actinic update my four tills using remote access. A bit longwinded, took about 4 hours in total, but perfect install and all working OK, thanks to Ian at Actinic.
