Couple of Questions

Couple of questions that hopefuly someone can help with.

.1. If I have added multiple barcodes to a product but just wish to delete one barcode within the product, how do you do this. I have tried but seem to delete the whole product with all barcodes.

.2. I have tried to access the database using access, excuse the pun, but what I get is a picture of the Actinic menus's within Access and seems no way to get to the actual database itself. It is a full version of 2007 access and I am sure I did this in the past, what am I doing wrong.

Couple of Questions

To answer your first point you go into the product file lookup the product you want to delete the product from then highlight the barcode you want to delete by clicking the little box on the left of it and press delete on your keyboard this will just delete that barcode and not the whole product if you press delete on the screen you will delete the whole product

point 2 you can only amend the data file using microsoft access 2002 as that is the file format you can download this from www.limewire.co.uk
