VAT Totals

At the end of the day when we do a Z reading and then reset the till our Sales Tax Total are not be removed after a reset. All the other totals are being reset but the Sales tax Totals are not

Any help would be appreciated

Cant help myself, sorry.

I do Z and reset every day and the totals do all revert to nil, the only issue I have is that on occasions the total of the individual elements, in our case, Zero rated, Standard rate and the VAT itself dont add up to the reported days total...its only a penny or two, and is what it is I guess.

Do folk feel that it's worth me making a back-up of the system uninstalling EPOS then installing EPOS again and restoring the back-up?

Ther error message I'm getting is:

'Error Moving Transaction Data To Server'

and then

'Error Resetting Z Read'

Anyone any ideas?
