Receipt Printing On Thermal Printer

We have the Actinic Epos system with an Epson T88IIIP Thermal Printer.

All seem to be functioning correctly until we ask the Actinic Software to print a reciept rather than an invoice. In basic when printing an receipt we get a long A4 page split up several times.

In windows the test page is printed perfectly to receipt size and not A4. Actinic seems to constantly be printing to A4 size. We have tried adjusting the OPOS software and the Actinic to no avail. Could anybody please advise as the Actinic Support team dont appear to want to acknowlegde our concern.

Receipt Printing On Thermal Printer

Goto setup in epos and then printing then take the tick out of invoice printing and this will just print a receipt only - hope this helps
