Cancel a item in an order?

Have an order through and we have a couple of items that are not in stock....how do you remove these from the order? In the help file it says highlight the item and press cancel but the cancel button is greyed out

Anyone know the answer?

Hi,

Have you definitely highlighted the line item? If so then the cancel button should be available unless you have already marked the items as shipped. If that is the case then you need to unship them first.
