Set up of Cash Drawer

I have a cash drawer which is operated via the Epson TM-T88III printer. The printer is set up on COM3.

In POS I have set the Use Serial Cash Drawer and Comm Port to 3.

In OPOS I have set up a Standard Cash Drawer, with a LDN of unit1. It is set to COM3, Pulse time 100, Open status phase Low and Connector pin 5.

When in POS I get "Error Opening Cash Drawer"

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

If your cash drawer is connected via the printer you do not tick the use serial cash drawer button - setup is done is opos

Thank you for your help. I have now got it to work, but have also had to change the Connector pin from 5 to 2.
