EPOS link - update products from ECommerce

Hi,

We have just had EPOS installed and are trying to populate the system from out Actinic Business Multi-User v8.5.2. I have tested that the link is available from within EC via the use of the 'Test Configuration' button within the 'Configuration' option. However, when I try to map the Tax Codes from our custom tax codes in EC to the tax codes I have set up in EPOS I am unable to see all the new tax codes I have added. The EPOS link is up and running and the version of EPOS we have is v3.06.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I need to do in order to see the Tax Codes I created in EPOS within EC?

Hi Nicola,

I understand you have more than 5 tax codes in EPOS, and need to map more than 5 to transfer. Our development team are currently investigating this issue for you as a collegue of yours has called into support with this issue.
