duplicate product - different prices.

Hi -
I am very new to Epos
I had 2 bulbs left and
I order more but I got it from a different supplier and with a different price. Now I didnt know how to add them and in this time some more people bought the same bulb. Now the stock is -7. How can i correct it other than changing it from QUICK CHANGE option coz i already have sold 7 without giving the new cos tprice.
and in future how can i add them.
Also how can I add a complete invoice in the system? which will i beleive save alot of time.

On the main screen before you goto sales click on STOCK IN
Click ADD, then enter supplier if in database, then enter order no (if you want) click lookup TAB, scan or enter barcode, enter packs received, click SAVE then CLOSE. you will then need to change purchace price in the "Pack Cost" feild. Click BOOK IN.

You used to be able to change the purchase price on the screen before but they got rid of it for some stupid reason, as it a pain in the arse if you enter a full invoice then have to change all purchase prices. Actinic please could you re-instate the purchase price on the STOCK IN Lookup TAB thanks.
