    Large Reciept Printing

    Hi everyone,

This is my first post so I hope you understand what I am talking about.

I have a POS Ligne USB thermal receipt printer.

I had to re-install the Epos again and in doing so had to re-install my receipt printer as it could not print to the receipt printer.
Having finally done this my receipts are printing out in twice their normal length. It would seem that it is adding a few line spaces in between every printed line.
I can’t seem to stop this. Has anybody had this problem too?
    Kind regards

    Hi Paul,

Your POS Ligne USB thermal receipt printer will need to be Epson Opos compatible or set to emulate an Epson TM T88 printer which your user guide ought to instruct you on how to do.
Unfortunetly we don't stock or supply the POS Ligne USB thermal receipt printer so I'm unable to check first hand reinacting the error your getting although the underneath instructions should hopefully fix the problem so give it a try!

    1) Go to Start | Programs | Opos | SetupPOS2.00
    2) Expand the list of devices on the left, then expand "POSPrinter".
    3) Right click on "TM-T88II" if it exists and select "Delete"
    4) Right click on “POSPrinter” and select “add new device”
    5) In the “Select Device name” drop down list select "TM-T88iii"
    6) In "Select details model" select "TM-T88iiiu"
    7) In “Add new LDN” type “unit1”
    8) Click “Next”
    9) Under USB port, select the USB port the printer is plugged into
    10) At this stage you can click "CheckHealth interactive" to see if the correct USB port is selected.
    11) Click finish

The POS Ligne USB thermal receipt printer ought to print fine now without the large line spaces.
