Product Code Duplications

Hi Everyone,

I am kind of new to the EPOS software, i have just set it all up and transfered all the product off our Actnic site onto EPOS via the link. This has worked fine and i am now just going through amending the stock in EPOS and putting in trade prices and such.

The problem i have it that some of the newer products that are being put on Actinic are not coming through to the EPOS site. When i search the product code (in EPOS) of the new product it is coming up with a really old product which i am fairly certain has been deleted out of Actinic.

Product Code Duplications

Hi Will,

Can you please check that the new product code that your setting up is still not in Product file | Datasheets on EPOS.

If you see any in there, you can delete them by highlighting the whole line and simply hitting delete on your keyboard.

You could then try updating the new products again. It sounds like there’s a confliction going on due to you having the same product code or name still in your system.
