Quantity on Order

I have noticed that when I place an order and tick the check box ignore items on order hardly any items appear even if the stock is below the minimum. Note that no orders are showing as pending. I have looked at the product details and noticed that items that are currently not on order are showing as on order. Is the error to do this booking in deliveries in the past? What does actinic do if items are not delivered so quantity received stays at 0 when booked in? How do I ensure the the items on order at set at 0 again when deliveries are received?

When you book stock in it takes the quantity delivered off order so if you ordered 48 and 24 were delivered it would still show 24 on order - the only way to clear this is with microsoft access or amend the product to on order 0 when re-ordering - hope this helps
