    Stock Valuations v3.07

I'm having real problems pinning down cost prices with v3.07 and am nearing my first year end. I have some 2500 products and need Actinic EPOS to give me an accurate stock valuation soon.

I'm not using the Ordering system so when I come to Book In stock I always enter the cost prices shown on the invoices from my supplier.

The system takes these (often new and increased) cost prices and correctly shows them on the Stock In report and posts them to the main Product record.

    So far so good.

However if I now go to the Supplier tab of the Product record to see if the system has updated the cost price there, I find that it hasn't. What's more if I now return to the main Product record page, I find that the cost price has reverted from the new price that Stock In correctly recorded, to the default price on the Supplier tab.

This will play havoc with my Stock Valuation as I notice that the Stock Valuation reports use the Cost Price recorded on the main Product record which has reverted to the default cost rather than the average cost (which would be ideal for me) or even the latest cost which was entered at the Stock In stage!

Has anyone else seen this problem in v3.07 or can anyone suggested a reliable way to record the cost of stock so that at the end of year the Stock valuation is accurate?

    Kind regards
