Sales Report

Hi,
I want to see my total sales from my till. The instructions i have are as below, however all i get is a 6 page report with an error were the totals should be. Does any one know what i'm doing wrong?

1) Open Actinic EPOS and login
2) Click Reports on the top toolbar then click "reports switchboard"
3) In the sales tab, scroll down and highlight "sales by tender type" and click the view button on the bottom left
4) Enter the date parameters, make sure you have "preview" selected and then click ok
5) go to the end of the report (by pressing the buttons at the bottom left of the screen)
6) Card Sales are the top number, Cash Sales are the bottom number.

Sales Report

Hello Steve

It sounds like a Z hadn’t been reset before looking at the reports. When you complete a Z reset, all of the day’s sales information is sent to the necessary areas making the sales reports viewable.

You can however check your tills total at any time throughout the day by running an X read report from the menu (F10) button from within the sales screen.
