Hello,

Our network is currently unavailable, so we are unable to use Epos link. We are still taking retail sales on Epos and downloading orders into our Actinic business.

When the network is running again, will Epos automatically synch stock levels or is this risking a corrupted database or two?

Yes it will automatically synch the stock levels. You will just need to give EC a restart once you’ve tested connection via the Epos Link Configuration.
