Sales Report

Hi,

At various points throughout the day we want to be able to run a report which shows us our sales up to that point. We can run the daily report, but this only appears to be populated following the Z Read. Is it possible to run a report of daily sales prior to the Z Read being performed? If not, is there a database in the checkout folder we could look at to extract this information?

Sales Report

Hello

Please try running an X Report. You can run that at any time during the day and it will display what your total sales figures are at that point. You don’t need to reset the Z read to run the report.

You can find the option to run the report from the Sales Screen\Menu (F10)

We are actually looking for a report that shows a breakdown of the items purchased since the last Z Read, not just a sales total. Does such a thing exist?

Sales Report

Hello

I can’t find a report which will produce a list of products sold up to the point of running the report without completing a Z Reset. As you mention, it will only show products sold up to the last Z reset.

You can however go to Menu (F10) from the Sales Screen and look at ‘Sales-Today On This Till’ \ Switch to ‘Details’ - Highlight all (Ctrl and C) and then paste (Ctrl V) into an Excel spreadsheet.
