Having purchased EPOS solo and never really used it properly we have taken the decision to upgrade to Head Office, Ecommerce, and hope to add 2 other branches.
We have set up Head Office on a seperate computer.
We have also replaced the 'solo' dongle with a 'network' dongle. This computer has the customer data, stock data, etc all in and working.
Question 1
What is the best way to retain the data on the branch till but syncronise with Head Office. We were advised to copy the stock data to Head Office which has been done. However, we cannot syncronise with the branch; we have no stock quantity, etc.
Question 2
We have linked Head Office to Actinic Business. Can the website show what stock is at each branch if we add further branches.
