EPOS Link

Hi,

I have Actinic V9.03 installed on a windows 7 machine and EPOS installed on a vista machine. Does anybody else have trouble uploading the website to the server while the EPOS link is enabled.

I have to disable the EPOS link (untick the box in setting in Actinic) to get my site to upload, other wise it freezes.

I also have problems when booking in stock. I book in a order in EPOS and the stock levels are amended. I then publish my web site and the stock levels are not refreshed on the web pages on the server.

If I look at the stock levels in Actinic they have been updated, but I have to make a change to that page I.e. put a space in the description field for Actinic to acknowledge that the stcok levels need refreshing in the web site.

Could it be Windows 7 not working right with the EPOS link.

Would Actinic V10 and the new EPOS link work better with a vista and windows 7 set up.

Hi

I have had the similar issue for 6 months, and support cant replicate. Glad I am not alone, and close to ditching the system at this point as it is wrecking our ability to work effectively. I even bought a server to try fresh install using that, and same problem.

Hope you have more luck fixing this than me!
