    Dates correct on screen but not on reciepts

    Hi All,
    We've got a strange problem going on with one of our tills running the EPOS V10 software.

    The date seems to be mixed up - the date shows as the year and vice versa (So todays date was showing as 10/09/2016 not 16/09/2010 as it obviously should)
    This problem only seems to happen on the reciept print outs... the date is correct on both the PC itself and on the Actinic EPOS Software.


    I have now updated to the EPOS V11 but it does the same thing.
    We also run another till with a similar setup but that is printing receipts correctly.

    Does anyone have any idea how this could be resolved??
    Any help would be greatfully received.

    Hello Amy

    Actinic EPOS picks up its date and time through Windows settings. Please can you check the regional settings as well as the date and time settings. Please try changing them to something different, rebooting the PC, changing them back to UK and then restarting the PC again. Hopefully its just that these settings need refreshing.
