I have just set up Actinic EPOS to monitor the stock of a gift shop at ROSL (a members club/hotel). Often, customers will want to charge the amount to their room or pay at Reception if it is the weekend. How can I log these sales but have it logged that no money was taken for these items?
I realise it is unusual but feel sure someone must have come across this situation before.
I tried to set up a new payment method called 'Reception' but have been told by Accounts that this won't work because the amount is also logged in Reception's till as a 'shop sale' so the sale is logged twice.
Can anyone suggest anything?
