Can't get receipt printer to work

I recently purchased the EPSON TM-T20 receipt printer but are unable to get it to print receipts for sales, although we have got it to print reports. I notice that it doesn’t feature in the list of printers. Can we get that list updated? Or is there any other way we can get the printer to work with Actinic?

I think you're posting in the wrong Forum. Sounds like an EPOS issue.
