Stock link not correct

I am talking to support about this issue but wondered if anyone else has come across these problems.

Several pages within Actinic Business have been changed to show current stock level but are not showing stock levels on line. In the preview window however they are showing the stock levels at one above the level shown in the EPOS link window, so onthe split view we have a stock level of 3 in green on the EPOS link, but on the preview it shows a stock level of 4! However despite a database compaction and a complete website refresh on the website no stock level is shown at all for these products.

Problem Solved

I think I have discovered / realised what was causing Actinic to add one to every stock level. In Business settings we had on line stock control ticked, plus warn if below 1 and suspend if below zero. I think that told Actinic that we always had stock, so it added one to the zero value but also one to every other stock level also.
When I put the warn if below at 1 it corrected the problem.
