    No Fix For This???

    Hello everyone,

    we are currently running actinic enterprise v 10 and have been processing our orders through a seperate program ( DEEP BLUE PACIFIC )

    We have recently purchased the actinic epos system and are now in the progress of transfering all our products from the website (enterprise) to EPOS which is GREAT, so we do not have to invoice through another program

    but we have come across some simple issue which is really holding ourselves up !

    e.g. 1 = EPOS doesnt pick up hyphens

    2 = when a looking up a product within the sales screen which is more than 5 words long, we cannot see the end part of that product which distinguishes it from the rest of that product,

    without manually goin through all 28,000 products and adjusting the description i dont see anyother way of getting round this,

    can anybody help?

    Yep the image clearly illustrates that its a problem!

    Regarding the hyphens, if you have Access could you use it to remove them!

    Cant help with the other problem, but have had the same problem with similar products (mind you no where near as many combinations as you have)
