Sales on Account - not showing

i am selling stuff on account - after pressing F12 for payment - click on Account - select account from customer and close the sale.

when i do z-read, the account sales does not show up, infact it add to the cash sales.

any idea what i might be doing wrong - this error has come up just recently, as i am using epos for couple of years now.

could it be due to upgrading to the latest version i.e. 3.12lwca ?

A quick one for you, when you press account, then select the customer, do you notice it goes back to cash again? Perhaps this is what is happening for you. If you select account again it seems to play ball.

We will take a look at fixing that in our next release.

If this is not the case for you, can you take me through step by step what you are doing.

Sorry for delay, this may help you...

If you go to 'Setup | This Till' and tick 'Use Account for Account Customers'

Note though that if you select another payment methdod prior to selecting the customer, it will default to 'Account'
