Import Actinic Ecommerce Orders

Hi

Regarding "Import Actinic Ecommerce Orders" through Epos

for some reason i cant seem to import all "completed" orders only around quarter of my cmpleted orders will transfer over to eops, has anyone else had an issue with this?

My Epos link works fine and poduct data is transfering fine

any help appreciated

That sounds a bit odd. Suggest contacting Actinic support so they can advise you further on this.
