Customers name and address on Invoice
Hi. I have setup a part called Misc for dealing with special order parts over the counter. I have found that I can double click on the part once in the till and enter more details about the part - these print on the invoice nicely (unlike "serial number" which does not seem to appear anywhere).
Anyway, for this part "misc" I have ticked the box to prompt for customer name and address, which it does.
The only problem is none of the prints - invoice / receipt / order etc - put the name and address on the printout, the space is just blank.
Why is this ? We dont really need to setup customer accounts for these type of orders. Orders will be paid for at the till at time order and we just want to bang the name in adhoc. Can't really see the point of having an option to request the name and address if it is then not going to print it out (same goes for Serial Number).
Any ideas ?
