    EPOS link keeps dropping

    Since upgrading to EC V11 our EPOS link keeps dropping randomly all through the day and then re connects. This was fine on V10 so not sure which software is creating this

    V11, EPOS and Link are all up to date

    Any advise would be helpful

    We get this happening as well, by any chance, do you happen to have two users working eCommerce at the same time?

      Same problem here. Very temporamental and unpedictable. Will work fine and then throw a wobbler. If you test the connection after it reports a fault, tests OK.
      Up to date on all versions of software. Feel that poor old Epos is being forgotten.
      As we use Actinic for online and retail sales, we're heavily commited financially into it running our business.
      This seems like a common issue so what's the problem??

        While I remember and as it's just happened If you try to copy a product, paste it and renaming section & product code with EPOS LINK enabled, it fails and you get an error message. Try again creating from scratch and you get a warning if you use the same section name saying there is one already there. But you can't see it. Restart the programme and low and behold it's there.
        I've had this issue now for about 12 months and Actinic's answer, "make sure the box is unchecked"
        Not really the answer needed as it's a work around not a fix.
