Allocated stock

We put products separately through the till, as the Z reads don't include ecommerce sales even when linked.

This allocates products on the till, can we avoid this allocation?

does this mean our stock levels are reduced twice?

If you do both, then stock will be reduced twice
We do what you do, by having the order from the sellerdeck e-commerce and typing in the order to the epos to get a Z read at the end of the day and also to keep the stocks correct., but does take a long time

The goods news is this week, we had a few visits from sellerdeck support team
and lots of these issues was pointed out and shown to the Epos chap ( one of tills had broke )

We get lots of orders a day and want to use the e-commerce - epos link
but need it to just z read the processed orders each day.

One main gripe also we pointed out was a tax exempt all button its a right old pain tax exempting a 20 line order.

New update of Epos is coming i believe its going to be a major one, but then after 2 years or so its about time
