Sellerdeck - No Answer...
Hi all,
Is anyone else in a similar situation?
I've now got 5, yes 5!! problems opened with Sellerdeck EPOS:-
Merchant Receipt not printing (since Aug 25)
Customer Database Warning (since Sept 04)
First Transaction of the week failing (further more, it's turning daily) (Since Oct 01)
Swipping Card issues (since Oct 06)
VAT on some products not being added (since Nov 05)
As you can see, quite a few BIG problems, and need them fixed ASAP!
The best response I have so far is "We're waiting for the developers to get back to us on this".
Some of these are basic main functions of EPOS and they are not working, its embarrassing as hell when a customers in front of you and you have to make them wait whilst your restarting EPOS, or the fact the price comes up on the display, minus VAT and you have to then explain to the customer that its displaying prices without VAT and they have to be charged more!
