Idle lock and Pole Display messages

Hi

I have just got my pole display and notice that it only displays the idle message when the sales screen in locked.

However, I cant find anywhere any mention or way to auto lock the sales screen after a timeout. Am I missing something or is this feature not yet implemented?

Hi,

Currently the only way to display the 'Customer Display Message' is by manually locking the Sales Screen. There is no auto lock after an idle period at this time, but there is a usability bug for this, EPOS-344, so I will add you to the field reports for this.
