EPOS Customer Orders - how to delete?

Hi,

We typically do straight retail but are beginning to sell larger items where the customers pays a deposit first. We do this by taking an order on their account.

However I have messed up a few and now have a customer where their order history has duplicate orders with large negative or positve sums that are not real.

How can I delete them?

If I can delete them will it have a impact on financial records elswhere in EPOS?

Hi,

You cannot delete customer orders once they are placed. You can refund transactions to even out the books, but that is all
