Scaling down from Network

We want to scale down from having a network set-up ie a master and slave to just one epos till/pc

We also want to use the current slave as the master epos/till/

Any ideas on the best practice to do this?

As Sellerdeck EPOS in unsupported, i'm hoping that a fellow Sellerdeck EPOS sufferer (user) can offer any advice
