Anyone got this extension working

Everything is installed but when we try to upload the script, getting an error.

Seems to be some sort of permission error.

Can access the server fine via FTP, jut wondering if anyone else has had this issue and knew how it was solved. possibly some tweak needed to firewall or router settings.
