Content in a variable

Is it possible to include more content in a product-level text variable, rather than just one line of text? Basically, I was looking to have something like a secondary description as a variable if this is at all possible?

Or could I make a second descripton box?

You only have one line for the input field but you can put a lof of text in there.

You can also use the Extended Information tab / Extended Information / Text field for an alternative text field (if you're not using it already). Its variable ExtendedInfoText will work in a normal Product Layout.

And there's a 3rd big field available - "Report Description". It's not shown until you enable it via Settings / Business Settings / Options / Product Description in Reports. Note that any text entered here is displayed on the printed invoices, etc, so best use it for a manageable amount of text.

I concur with Norman - we put stacks of stuff into variables, such as this - click the Add-On heat Tab
