Upgrading to SPP from V10 sub-section workaround

I have just upgraded from V10 to Sellerdeck 2013.

I used the Sub-Section Route to implement SPP's in v10.

My sections now no longer show the prices of my products since upgrading.

I presume I will have to change my site which may not be a bad thing as my CSV import looks pretty messy as a result of creating so many sub-sections.

What is the easiest way of changing my Catalog to SPP, can someone point me in the direction of a Guide which will help me do this?
