snapshot not working

I've attached a screen shot of my SD V13, all has been fine from V8, but since 2 weeks ago I can't take a snapshot. I just get the attached message all the time. The database backs up but I can't get a snapshot at all

I have no idea where or how I can track the info that SD is saying such as line 1766......line 1766 of what and where is it?

Everything was fine until 10 days ago. Personally I blame it on MS updates but I am now lost for clues

Did you try searching?

Many relevant results (including a Knowledge Base one) if you search for "there were no registered sites available to take a backup from".
