Importing product duplicates

I've read the information about flat file importing product duplicates but it keeps failing.

This is the import csv:

1) I want to create section called 'Duplicate test'
2) The 7 test products already exist in Sellerdeck (they have a product type of 0 currently)

When I ran the flat import, the section was created but no duplicates were created???

Please help!!
