    Feefo Feedback not Displaying

    The table showing feedback doesn't display/load with Internet Explorer 10. Support say this is a bug, but don't have a work around or an expect fix date.

    Has anyone found a fix for this?

    I have check and I don't think it is site specific as the problem appears on a number of different Sellerdeck sites.

    I have the same issue with a client site. Please can we have a fix????

    In the meantime this will allow the Feefo content to display correctly in IE 10:

    Add this code immediately below the <head> tag of your outerlayout(s):

      It seems to work Ok for me on IE10.

      I don't use the built in sellerdeck fanction but just added what feefo call their medium integration, which is a line or two of javascript call and a few lines of code where you want the logo to appear.

      This also gives you more options for the image and functionality.

      You can see it in operation by following the link in my signature.

      Edit: OK. I see I'm using a different functionality as my feedback table is implemented as a pop-up.

        The issue is the FeeFo table, not the logo.
        Client has the table displaying in tabber - here is my testing version:

          Yes. I noticed that when I looked. (although I have to admit the first thing I did was check my own site first)

          The feedback table on my site is displayed when you click on the feefo logo. I'm not sure if this is available in the sellerdeck integration or not but for me it's a much cleaner option (although I might put a 'click for details' message below it as I'm not sure it's clear enough for visitors to know they can do that).

          My main point with regards to IE10 is that it might be the sellerdeck implementation that has the bug rather than the feefo code.
